Orders can be made through Facebook, Instagram and by email. To secure your booking in our diary we require either a deposit or full payment at the time of ordering. If a deposit is taken then the remaining payment must be made at least two days before the date of collection/delivery. If payment is not received in time then your order will be cancelled.
Deposits for bespoke cakes are non-returnable unless at least two weeks notice is given as work such as sugar paste figures, bespoke toppers etc. will have been carried out by this point.
Collections - please take heed of the cake cake instructions provided with your cake. Failure to follow them may result in damage to your cake. Once cakes have left our care, they are the customer's full responsibility and Rabbit Vegan Cakes will not be held liable for potential damage caused during transportation or through incorrect storage.
