Deposits & Payments

To secure your booking in our diary, either a deposit or full payment is required at the time of ordering. If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be paid at least two days before the collection or delivery date.

If the remaining payment is not received by this time, your order may be cancelled.

Deposits for bespoke cakes are non-refundable unless at least two weeks’ notice of cancellation is given. This is because preparation work such as sugar paste figures, bespoke toppers, and other decorative elements may already have begun.

As all cakes are handmade, slight variations from reference images may occur.

Collection & Responsibility

Please follow the cake care instructions provided when collecting your cake. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage.

Once cakes have left our care, they become the full responsibility of the customer. Rabbit Vegan Cakes cannot be held liable for damage caused during transportation or through incorrect storage.
