How to Order

Orders can be placed through Facebook, Instagram, or by email. When getting in touch, please include as much information as possible so we can provide an accurate quote.

Helpful details include:

• The date the cake is required
• The size of cake or number of servings
• Preferred flavour
• The type of cake you are interested in (for example: traditional, bespoke, cupcakes, etc.)
• Any theme, colours, or design ideas
• Reference images if you have them

Once your enquiry is received, availability will be confirmed and a quote will be provided. Your order will then be secured once either a deposit or full payment has been received.

Where possible, please give as much notice as you can when placing an order, particularly for bespoke cakes, as availability can become limited during busy periods.

If you require a gluten-free cake, please let us know when ordering. Gluten-free cakes are prepared using ingredients that do not contain gluten. However, please note that our kitchen is not exclusively gluten-free. While every precaution is taken to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that traces of gluten will be completely absent. Customers with gluten sensitivities or coeliac disease therefore place gluten-free orders at their own discretion.
